In Private Lives/Private Life/Sasaenghwal (사생활) (JTBC, 2020), ‘Tomorrow’s Investment’, the sham investment company run by Han-son (Tae Won-seock) and Kim Mi-sook (Song Seon-mi) is based in this building. Cha Joo-eun (Seohyun from Girls Generation/Seo Ju-hyun) is seen making her way here in episode 1 to meet up with both of them after the respective bank transactions were made.
Yang Jung-guk (Choi Si-won) comes to this building in episode 26 of My Fellow Citizens!/Fellow Citizens (국민 여러분!) (KBS2, 2019) to confront Sung Dae-cheol, who had been running property scams. After Kim Mi-young (Lee Yoo-young) and her team arrives to back him up, Jung-guk chases Dae-cheol, who escapes from the office, out to the streets. (Fun fact: The subsequent street chase takes place in Yeongdeungpo, in front of Yeongdeungpo Samhwan Apt [영등포삼환아파트].)
This is the building that Honor Loans is located, which is run by Gwang-il (Jang Ki-yong) in My Mister/My Ajusshi (나의 아저씨) (tvN, 2018). Park Dong-hoon (Lee Sun-kyun) comes here in episode 9 in search of Gwang-il, and ends up getting into an altercation with him.
