The Devil Judge (2021); Taxi Driver (2021); More Than Friends (2020); When My Love Blooms (2020)

Lee Young-min (Moon Dong-hyeok) comes to this place with his girlfriend (Bae Eun-woo) in episode 3 of The Devil Judge (악마판사) (tvN, 2021) and when he asks her why she has brought him to this “dirty place,” she responds that “this place was on the TV for being an alley gourmet diner. It’s a hot spot.” When he then has to park his car somewhere else, Young-min assaults the server, chef and part-timer — an assault made public through the ‘Live Court Show’.

In a flashback seen episode 2 (full episode 1) of Taxi Driver/Deluxe Taxi (모범택시) (SBS, 2021), Jang Sung-chul (Kim Eui-sung) meets Kim Do-ki (Lee Je-hoon) at this eatery, where the older man convinces Do-ki to join the ‘Rainbow Deluxe Taxi’ crew and take revenge on the behalf of others.

Shin Hyun-jae (Choi Chan-ho) and Kim Young-hee (Ahn Eun-jin) have a late night dinner at this restaurant in episode 1 of More Than Friends/Number Of Cases (Kyeongueui Su/경우의 수) (JTBC, 2020). Both are back here in episode 3.

Han Jae-hyun (Yoo Ji-tae) and Lee Dong-jin (Min Sung-wook) meet up at this hole-in-the-wall eatery in episode 9 of When My Love Blooms/The Most Beautiful Moment in Life (화양연화 – 삶이 꽃이 되는 순간) (tvN, 2020), and Dong-jin teases him about the change in location as their usual meet-up haunt is at a hotel bar. In episode 10/11, Jae-hyun comes here with Yoon Ji-soo (Lee Bo-young) and tells her about his father.
