Unyang LAFIANO [운양역 라피아노 or 라피아노], completed in May 2017, is a residential complex consisting of detached single-family town houses located in Gimpo’s Hangang New Town [김포 한강신도시] in the city’s neighborhood Unyang [Unyang-dong/운양동]. This complex is one of the recent answers to demands by the South Korean population for comfortable living environments and thus sold out in two days. Ordered by RBDK developer and constructed and designed by heerim Architects & Planners, this complex won the annually awarded Hankyung Culture Grand Prize [한경문화대상은], which is the most prestigious award in the housing sector. There is now also a second Lafiano complex [운양역 라피아노 2차], which is why this complex sometimes is also called Lafiano I [운양역 라피아노 1차].
