Suwon I’Park City [수원아이파크시티], completed between October 2011 and 2017, is an apartment complex in Suwon’s neighborhood Gwonseon [Gwonseon-dong/권선동] in the Gwonseon District [Gwonseon-gu/권선구], traversed by two water streams.

As of 2022, this Suwon I’Park City incorporates 9 building complexes in total that are said to house a total of 7,000 apartments. The complexes 1 to 6 were designed by renowned Dutch architect Ben van Berkel (벤 판 베르켈) of Amsterdam-based UNstudio and Dutch landscape company Baljon was in charge for the landscaping and developed it in collaboration with UNstudio. The team around Ben van Berkel divided the building facades “into five different design typologies: City, Village, Field, Wate, and Park” to create a neighborhood feeling whereas Baljon separated the site “into three different landscape types: stream zone, urban zone and park zone.”

The complexes 7 to 9, different in design and landscaping were created by the General Architects Office (종합건축사사무소) and developed by Hyundai Industrial Development Company. Most buildings are between 15 and 17 stories high (with 3 floors below ground).
