These include the bar Bellevue [벨뷰] on the 1st floor (open since 2017), an investment company on the 3rd floor, and the wedding dress showcase room Elisabeth LUX [엘리자베스 럭스] on the 4th floor. Before lounge bar Bellevue – which has the theme ‘Nature in the City’ – moved in, the 1st floor space was occupied by lounge bar Y1975.

Until April 2020, this building was known as Sunny Building [써니빌딩], and then Miracle Building [미라클빌딩] until early-2021.
