Her Private Life (2019)

This is the setting of ‘Cheum Museum of Art’ in Her Private Life (그녀의 사생활) (tvN, 2019), where senior art curator Sung Deok-mi (Park Min-young) works at in the day, and which Ryan Gold (Kim Jae-wook) joins as her boss. In episode 4, Sindy/Kim Hyo-jin (Kim Bo-ra) joins this museum as intern.

SOMA Museum of Art [소마미술관], in its longer version ‘Seoul Olympic Museum of Art,’ is a contemporary art museum located in the Olympic Park [올림픽공원], in Seoul’s neighbourhood of Bangyi [Bangyi-dong/방이동], in the Songpa District [Songpa-gu/송파구]. Opened in 2004, it consists of two main buildings, called Museum 1 and Museum 2, and a large outdoor sculpture park. Museum 1 contains 5 exhibition halls and the Nam June Paik Video Art Hall and Museum 2, which is directly connected to the Hanseong Baekje Subway Station, consists of 4 exhibition halls and a multi-functional hallway.

The Eat. Coffee & Simply Food — Olympic Park Branch [카페잇 올림픽공원점] is based at this museum.
