Seogot Neighborhood Park [서곶근린공원] opened to the public on 1 Jan 2005 in Incheon’s neighborhood Simgok [Simgok-dong/심곡동] —part of administrative neighborhood Yeonhui [Yeonhui-dong/연희동]— in the Seo District [Seo-gu/서구]. It is a park frequented by many Incheon locals as it is close to the mountains, making it an ideal place for hikers. Aside from being known for its rose garden, it also has other attractions and facilities like a water playground, soccer field, and basketball court.

The park is about a 10 min. walk to/from CKU [국제성모병원], and a 10-11 min. drive to/from Overpass Seogot-ro and Incheon Seo-gu Cultural Center [인천서구문화회관].
