Hakchon-ro 70beon-gil [학촌로70번길]
No. 41 + 42 — This private house appears as the café and leather craft shop ‘Sonamu’ that Lee Jae-sun (Seo Ji-hoon) opened – as seen in episode 1 of Meow, The Secret Boy/Welcome (어서와) (KBS2, 2020). In episode 2, Kim Sol-ah (Shin Ye-eun) moves into the private house on the opposite side of the street (no. 42); together with Hong-jo (Kim Myung-soo, or ‘L’) –in his feline form, Baegi.
Samsung Rural Village [삼성전원마을] is single detached house rural housing complex — the largest of these types in South Korea as of 2005 — that consists of 135 households. The village was established in 1998 by Samsung Everland team leader Lee Shin-ki (이신기 팀장이) and is divided into four blocks (A to D).
It is located in the village of Jeil [Jeil-ri/제일리] in Cheoin County’s Yangji Township [Yangji-myeon/양지면]; about 40-50 minutes by public transport from Yongin City.
