This rice cake restaurant appears as Seo Do-hyun (Jin Young of B1A4) father’s (Park Soo-young) shop in My First First Love/Because It’s My First Love (첫사랑은 처음이라서) (Netflix, 2019), as seen in episode 1 when Do-hyun visits his father and in episode 5 when this drama’s housemates decide to come eat at this place and witness a confrontation between Do-hyun’s and Yoon Tae-oh’s (Ji Soo) father.

Also seen briefly in The Beauty Inside / Byooti Insaideu (뷰티 인사이드) (JTBC, 2018).

Sammat Hongdae [삼맛호오떡 홍대점], opened in 2018 and closed in 2020, was a small rice-cake shop situated right at Gyeongui Line Forest Park [경의선숲길공원 / 경의선공원] on Wausan-ro [와우산로] right next to Wau Overpass [와우고가차도] in Hongdae [홍대], which is part of Seoul’s neighborhood Seogyo [Seogyo-dong/서교동] in the Mapo District [Mapo-gu/마포구].

The place is and only a few steps away from Pattern Ethiopia [패턴에티오피아] (closed).
