Ryan Gold (Kim Jae-wok) tells Sung Deok-mi (Park Min-young) his Korean name, Hae Yoon-jae, at this river promenade in episode 12 of Her Private Life (그녀의 사생활) (tvN, 2019).
This riverside promenade is located in the village of Yangsu [Yangsu-ri/양수리] in Yongpyeong County’s Yangseo Township. The promenade overlooks parts of the North Han River and Bukhangang Railroad Bridge [북한강철교] can be seen from here. It is a small trail that leads to this promenade that can be accessed either directly from Bukhangang Railroad Bridge or, for instance, from the terrace of Cafe SUSU [수수/수수카페]. From this café, it is a very short walk to arrive at the promenade.
Please note: it might be easier searching up the café than the promenade to get an idea where the promenade is located.

Ungilsan Station [운길산역], Jungang Line, Exit 2
Get out of Exit 2, turn left, keep on the sidewalk, cross the street and enter the bike lane/footbath right underneath the bridge and continue alongside it. You’ll enter a round-about soon. Make sure to turn the first right here. It seems counter-intuitive but if you continue, you’ll end up right on the Bukhangang Railroad Bridge [북한강철교]. Cross the bridge and take a stair case on your left hand side once on the other side of there river (about 15 min. on foot). Take a left once at the staircase end and follow the trail along the water for another kilometer or so.
Yangsu Subway Station [양수역], Jungang Line, Exit 1
After you get out of the station at Exit 1, turn right on the street and get directly on the bike lane (you know that you are right if you pass by a parking lot with greenish walls with windows). After leaving the parking lot behind you, this will become a bike lane only and you will already see the a road sign indicating “북한강철교 Bukhan River Cheolgyo (BR) 0.9 km.” So now you only need to keep on pedalling/walking for a little less than a kilometer. Just before you arrive at the Bukhangang Railroad Bridge [북한강철교] (about 15 min. on foot), take a stair case on your right, take a left once at the staircase end and follow the trail along the water for another kilometer or so.
