Pyeongchang-dong Mansion No. 489-10

Come and Hug Me (2018); Hwayuki (2017-18); Legend of the Blue Sea (2016-17)

Adult Han Jae-yi (Jin Ki-joo) lives in this mansion in Come and Hug Me (이리와 안아줘) (MBC, 2018); as seen, for instance, in episode 20 when Chae Do-jin/Yoon Na-moo (Jang Ki-yong) picks her up for their date.

Son Oh-Gong (Lee Seung-Gi) comes here as a fake priest to chase out a ghost out of the house owners’ kid’s body in episode 1 of Hwayuki/A Korean Odyssey (화유기) (tvN, 2017-18).

This is where Heo Joon-Jae (Lee Min-ho) lived as a child in The Legend of the Blue Sea (푸른 바다의 전설) (SBS, 2016-17) until his parents divorced. Now it’s where his father Heo Il-Joong (Choi Jung-Woo) and his stepmother Kang Seo-Hee (Hwang Shin-Hye) and step brother Heo Chi-Hyun (Lee Ji-Hoon) live; but also where his father is murdered.

This mansion is located in Seoul’s neighborhood Pyeongchang-dong [평창동] in the Jongno District [Jongno-gu/종로구]. It’s a great meta that this house is neighboring Kim Tan’s (Lee Min-Ho) house.
