In episode 12 of About Time (멈추고 싶은 순간: 어바웃타임) (tvN, 2018), Jo Jae-yoo (Kim Dong-joon) runs after Choi Michaela (Lee Sung-kyung) outside this museum and tells her to go eat chicken with him (at the Rocket Crispy Chicken restaurant) as his payment to her for borrowing money for his fare.
This is the setting for Yumyung Art Hall, the art center owned by Lee Young-joon’s (Park Seo-joon) company, which appeared in episode 4 of Why Secretary Kim/What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim (김비서가 왜 그럴까) (tvN, 2018). The Forest of Wisdom library was shown in the drama as being part of this art center. In episode 8, Lee Sung-Yeon’s (Lee Tae-Hwan) book concert takes place here to inaugarate Yumyung Art Hall. When Kim Mi-So (Park Min-Young) sees Lee Young-Joon (Park Seo-Joon) leaving the place, she runs after him and confesses her feelings, which ends with a kiss (finally!).
This was where Jwa Yun-i (Baek Jin-hee) met her art curator ex-boyfriend, Lee Kyung-joon (Sung Joon) in the opening scene of Jugglers (저글러스) (KBS2, 2017-2018) in episode 1, as they analyzed an artwork inspired by The Juggler [Jongleur], a 1930 artwork by French painter Georges Rouault – which was also what gave the drama its title. (The original print is located in MoMA in New York)
Also seen in Time Between Dog And Wolf (개와 늑대의 시간) (MBC, 2007).
