Imjingotaek [임진고택]
Kyung Woo-yeon (Shin Ye-eun) works part-time at this hostel for two weeks in episode 2 of More Than Friends/Number Of Cases (Kyeongueui Su/경우의 수) (JTBC, 2020). This is also where Lee Soo (Ong Seong-wu of Wanna One) stays during his photo shoot on Jeju during the same time as the owner is a family friend and a long-time confidant of Lee Soo.

Imjingotaek or Imjin Old House [임진고택/壬辰故宅], built in 1592 as a Yangban house by the owner’s ancestors in the year of Imjin, opened in autumn of 2019 as a guesthouse after being hand-restored for two years. Imjingotaek offers two rooms to rent: the Ankury-dong ‘안커리동’, the Mokury-dong ‘모커리동’ and a shared kitchen (공용주방). The brand identity was created by Studio hou. based on the layout of Jeju’s traditional houses.
This guesthouse is located in the village of Sangdo [Sangdo-ri/상도리] in Jeju’s Gujwa Township [Gujwa-eup/구좌읍] on Jeju Island.
