Ihwa Mural Village [이화벽화마을] is Seoul’s first, and continues to be one of the most popular mural villages that attracts many tourists from around the world each year in South Korea. However, the flux of people has also caused much discontent and unhappiness amongst residents, some who have previously painted over prominent murals in protest.
