Yang Do-hyeok (Chae Jong-hyeop) signs an exclusive contract with an entertainment company at this cafe in episode 9 of Nevertheless/I Know But (알고있지만) (JTBC/Netflix, 2021). It is also at the same time Do-hyeok spots Park Jae-eon and Yoon Seol-a (Lee Yeol-eum) walking in and heading up to the second floor.

This café’s building —with digitally added floors on the top— is owned by Cha Joo-ik (Lee Soo-hyuk) in Doom at Your Service/Destruction Doom (어느 날 우리 집 현관으로 멸망이 들어왔다) (tvN, 2021) and houses the web novel publisher at which Tak Dong-kyung’s (Park Bo-young) works as well as a café on the first floor (i-Style in reality) run by Lee Hyun-kyu (Kang Tae-oh). In episode 2, Dong-kyung’s colleagues have a short get together at this café after her ex-boyfriend made a scene at their office and in episode 3, Lee Hyun-kyu (Kang Tae-oh) is seen working here.

Lee Geun-young (Choi Soo-young) meets up with two PDs of a variety show who propose her to take part in the show “So I Married an Anti-Fan” together with Who-joon (Choi Tae-Joon) at this café in episode 2 of So I Married An Anti-Fan (그래서 나는 안티팬과 결혼했다) (Naver TV, 2021).

It is at this café that Dong Gwan-soo (Lee Jong-hyuk) broke up with Baek Chan-mi (Choi Gang-hee) as seen in the epilogue of episode 4 (full episode 2) of Good Casting (굿캐스팅) (SBS, 2020).

i-Style Cafe [아이스타일 카페], opened in 2018, is a three-storey cafe located in Paju Book City in Paju’s [파주시] neighborhood Munbal [Munbal-dong/문발동] — part of its administrative neighborhood Gyoha [Gyoha-dong/교하동].

It is part of Paju Pro_Studio [파주 프로_스튜디오] and sits just next to Hesse Boulangerie 152 [헤세브랑제리152]. Both are about a 5 minute walk away from Forest of Wisdom library.

Hapjeong Station [합정역], Seoul Subway Line 2 and 6, Exit 1

▶ Take bus #2200 for 6 stops (approx. 29 mins) to the Dasan Bridge bus stop [다산교앞] (30-660).
▶ From there, it’s a 3 minute walk to the cafe.
