This space is different things at different times. Sometimes it’s somebody’s house, sometimes a firm and sometimes an art space.
When Lee Joon-Ki (Lee Yi-Kyung) and Kang Seo-Jin (Go Won-Hee) are finally dating they stop beneath this building on their way home a several times for a kiss in episode 13 of Eulachacha Waikiki/Laughter in Waikiki/Welcome to Waikiki (으라차차 와이키키) (JTBC, 2018) and each time her brother, Kang Dong-Goo (Kim Jung-Hyun) (who doesn’t want her to date) comes and disturbs them.
This building houses Jin Sun-Mi’s (Oh Yeon-Seo) real estate company in Hwayuki/A Korean Odyssey (화유기) (tvN, 2017-18). In episode 12, the rose-petal-blowing priestess, blows rose petals from opposite of this building to draw Jin Sun-Mi’s (Oh Yeon-Seo) blood. Son Oh-Gong (Lee Seung-Gi) is after her and we see this building (that is supposed to be Sun-mi’s office) in the background.
In Introverted Boss (2017), this is an art space that team Silent Monster uses for an event. While preparing the space in episode 11, everyone gets food poisoning and Eun Hwan-Ki (Yeon Woo-Jin) drives them to the hospital.
In Doctors (2016), Hong Ji-Hong (Kim Rae-Won) and Jung Yoon-Do (Yoon Gyun-Sang) live here ; their house is showcased e.g.in episode 6 and 15.
In Remember — War of the Son (리멤버) (SBS 2015-16), this building appears as gangster-attorney Park Dong-Ho (Park Sung-Woong) firm; Seo Jin-Woo (Yoo Seung-Ho) is thrown out from here when he wants to engage him to defend his father in episode 3.
In My Secret Hotel (2014), this is Goo Hae-Young’s (Kim Ji-Han) architecture firm and in Discovery of Love/Discovery of Romance (연애의 발견) (KBS2, 2014) this place appears as Kang Tae-ha’s (Eric) interior design company as seen e.g. in episode 4.
