Hongik University Station [홍대입구역]
Kyung Woo-yeon (Shin Ye-eun) and Lee Soo (Ong Seong-wu of Wanna One) start their exploration of Yeonnam-dong — the first neighborhood treated in their book Seoul’s Stories— from Exit 3 of this station in episode 4 of More Than Friends/Number Of Cases (Kyeongueui Su/경우의 수) (JTBC, 2020).
Lee Soo-ah (Park Joo-hee) waits at Line 2’s Exit 9 [2호선 9번출구] for Seo Ji-tae (Lee Tae-sung) in episode 4 of My Golden Life (황금빛 내 인생) (KBS2, 2017). She’s addressed as an ajumma by some youngsters and takes it really badly. In episode 25, Seo Ji-an’s (Shin Hye-sun) father comes here when he gets restless looking for his daughter.
