Seo Do-hyun (Jung Jin-young) and Han Song-yi (Jung Chae-yeon) come here for a date in episode 9 of My First First Love/Because It’s My First Love (첫사랑은 처음이라서) (Netflix, 2019). They first come up here to admire the view (which includes Jongno Tower), but Do-hyun suggests staying on, despite Song-yi’s protests at how expensive it is. As Song-yi happily tucks into an apple-inspired dessert, Do-hyun tells her that — though wishful thinking — he wants to make enough money to help her buy back her father’s hanok house.

Seo E-do (Shin Sung-rok) and Min Ye-rin (Go Won-hee) eat dinner at this restaurant in episode 3 of Perfume/Peopyoom (퍼퓸) (KBS2, 2019) as this is the only restaurant that cooks well enough for sensitive E-do. It is also here that Ye-rin proposes to become his live-in cook.
