Lee Young-kook’s (Ji Hyun-woo) children have pooled their allowance money to surprise Park Dan-dan (Lee Se-hee) and they invite her to this park episode 7 of Young Lady and Gentleman/A Gentleman and a Young Lady (신사와 아가씨) (KBS2, 2021-22) together with their dad Young-kook.

Choi Yeon-soo (Kim Hyun-joo) is supposed to meet up with Go Yoon-joo (Han Go-eun) at this park in episode 11 of Undercover (Eondeokeobeo/언더커버) (JTBC, 2021) and when going here, she is closely followed by Han Jung-hyun/Lee Suk-kyu (Ji Jin-hee) as well as Do Young-gul (Jeong Man-sik) and his men.

It is at this amusement park —appearing as ‘Dream World’— that Baek Chan-mi (Choi Gang-hee), Hwang Mi-soon (Kim Ji-young) and Kwon Min-seok (Sung Hyuk) worked together to complete a mission —as seen in a flashback— in episode 2 (full episode 1) of Good Casting (굿캐스팅) (SBS, 2020) and [SPOILER] Min-Seok lost his life in its aftermath. During the mission, Chan-mi jumps down 83 Tower [83타워].

This is the third place that Han Jae-yi (Jin Ki-joo) brings Chae Do-jin (Jang Ki-yong) on their date in episode 20 of Come and Hug Me (이리와 안아줘) (MBC, 2018). He is afraid of heights so the only thing they ride together is the merry-go-round.

Jung Joon-Hyung (Nam Joo-Hyuk) plans to go here with Kim Bok-Joo (Lee Sung-Kyung) on a “date” in episode 12 of Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo (역도요정 김복주) (MBC, 2016-17). But everyone of their friends tags along. He still manages to hold hands with her while watching the fire works – advancing to the second base of their relationship.

E-World [이월드], opened on March 28 1995 as Woobang Tower Land [우방랜드], is located in Daegu’s neighborhood Duryu [Duryu-dong/두류동], in the Dalseo District [Dalseo-gu/달서구], around a 2 hour train trip south of Seoul. 83 Tower [83타워], also known as Tower Daegu or Woobang Tower [우방타워], established in 1992, is a 202 meter high broadcasting tower with an observation deck that is located within this park.
