This is the headquarter of IT company ‘Silver Lining Networks’ run by Kim Seon-joo (Park Sung-woong) in Unlock My Boss/Unlock the CEO (사장님을 잠금해제) (ENA, 2022-23) — as seen from episode 1 onward.

It is here that Mayor Shin Myeong-hui (Choi Kwang-il) announces the upcoming development of Jungjin City to the press in episode 4 of The Uncanny Counter/Amazing Rumor (경이로운 소문) (OCN, 2020-21).

The closing scene of final episode 10 of Please Don’t Date Him/Please Don’t Meet Him (제발 그 남자 만나지 마요) (MBC, 2020) took place here.

Seo Min-jun (Choi Si-won of Super Junior) and Goo Sung-tae (An Se-ha) presumably work at this complex in ‘Love Virtually / Augmented Bean Pod’ (증강 콩깍지), episode 7 of SF8 (에스 에프 에잇) (MBC, 2020).

Oh Ye-ji (Im Soo-hyang) and Seo Jin (Ha Seok-jin) marry at this venue in episode 4 of When I Was The Most Beautiful/When I Was The Prettiest (내가 가장 예뻤을때) (MBC, 2020).

Uhm Jong-hwa (Kim Sun-kyung) holds her private art exhibit at the Culture Lounge of this location, as seen in episode 1 of The World of The Married/A World of Married Couple (부부의 세계) (JTBC, 2020).

The drama shooting in episodes 7-8 of The Beauty Inside / Byooti Insaideu (뷰티 인사이드) (JTBC, 2018) takes place here. In episode 10, this place appears as ‘Hanguk University Hospital’, where Han Se-kye’s (Seo Hyun-jin) mother Han Sook-hee (Kim Hee-jung) is treated for cancer.

Dongwha Culture Village [동화컬처빌리지] is the training facility of the Dongwha Group, which describes themselves as a “large corporation producing particle boards, MDFs and laminate flooring”. The South Korean conglomerate also owns two daily newspapers: The Hankook Ilbo and The Korea Times.

The five buildings of this “village”, which can accommodate 30~80 people at a time, are situated at Bukhan-gang (North Han River) in the village of Guam [Guam-ri/구암리] in Namyangju’s township Hwado [Hwado-eup/화도읍].
