When love-sick Seo Dan-a (Choi Soo-young) visits Lee Yeong-hwa (Kang Tae-oh) in episode 14 of Run On (런온) (JTBC/Netflix, 2020-21) she stays at this resort together with Shin Mi-joo (Shin Se-kyung) and Yeong-hwa and Dan-a also come to a little pier that is part of this resort when he shows her his hometown.

Donghae Mangsang Beach Hanok Village [동해망상해변한옥촌 or 망상한옥촌 for short] is a condo resort located directly at Mangsang Beach [망상 해수욕장] in Donghae’s neighborhood Mangsang [Mangsang-dong/망상동]. The resort is part of the Mangsang Auto Camping Resort [망상오토캠핑리조트], which opened in 2017.
