When picking up his phone, Kim Bo-young (Im Se-mi) is on the other end and Hae-won suggests meeting up ‘when the weather gets better’. In episode 4, Hae-won and Bo-young meet up at this café and Bo-young tries to explain herself.

Take a bus from Seoul’s Express Bus Terminal [고속버스터미널] for approx 2.5 hours to Yeongwol Intercity Bus Terminal [영월시외버스터미널]. From there, the county office building is about a 9 minute walk.
