No. 93-5 — Go Bok-shil (Nam Ji-hyun) lives here in Shopping King Louis/Shopping King Louie (쇼핑왕 루이) (MBC, 2016) and takes in Louis (Seo In-guk). This is also where Louis declares his love to her – not forgetting to hand her an orange rose.
No. 93-7 — Jung Hae-ra (Shin Se-kyung) lives here in episode 1 and 2 of Black Knight: The Man Who Guards Me (흑기사) (KBS2, 2017-18) before she moves in with Moon Soo-ho (Kim Rae-won).
Pop group Asgard, which is trained by Yoon Jin-myung’s (Han Ye-ri) company, lives here. Jin-myung visits this place in episode 7 of Age of Youth 2 / Hello, My Twenties! 2 (청춘시대 2) (JTBC, 2017) to get the signed document of Heimdal’s (An Woo-yeon) contract termination.
This is the house where Ko Dong-man (Park Seo-joon) formerly lived. We see it in a flashback in episode 8 of Fight For My Way/Third-Rate My Way (쌈 마이웨이) (KBS2, 2017) and learn that Dong-man is Choi Ae-ra’s (Kim Ji-won) first love. ♡
Koo Jung-hee (Yoon Sang-hyun) works as a mover and we see him moving boxes into this house with his colleagues in episode 4 of Perfect Wife/Ms. Wife (완벽한 아내) (KBS2, 2017).

Boncheon Hillstate [봉천 힐스테이트] — also referred to as Bongcheon-dong Hillstate [봉천동힐스테이트], Hyundai Hillstate [현대힐스테이트] or Hillstate Apartment [힐스테이트아파트] — is a 28-storey high apartment housing complex encompassing 9 buildings and 997 households (with a size between 38 and 84㎡), slated for move-in in October 2024.
This complex will be located in the District 4-1-2 [봉천4-1-2구역] of Seoul’s neighborhood Seonghyeon-dong [성현동] — administered by neighborhood Bongcheon [Bongcheon-dong/봉천동] — in the Gwanak District [Gwanak-gu/관악구]. District 4-1-2 was a densely populated area of old red brick villas with steep slopes and narrow roads nestled between Byeoksan Blooming [벽산블루밍과] and Gwanak Dream Town [관악드림타운]; both built in the early 2000s. In 2009, it was designated as a maintenance area and was approved for management disposition in 2019 before undergoing demolition in October 2021. Re-development is currently underway (as of December 2021) carried out by Hyundai Engineering & Construction [현대건설].
Among the demolished sites are the houses located at Guam-gil [구암길], which were home to several characters in K-Dramaland.
