Kim Moo-young (Choi Jin-hyuk) takes a dip in this falls and yells in frustration at wanting to be human in episode 1 of Zombie Detective (좀비탐정) (KBS2, 2020).

Jeon Nok-du (Jang Dong-yoon) is forced by the Virtuous Women Corps of the ‘Widower Village’ to join them for a bath at this water fall and on their way to here, Dong Dong-ju (Kim So-hyun) joins them in episode 2 (full episode 1) of The Tale of Nokdu (조선로코 녹두전) (KBS2, 2019).

This is where the first kiss between Ji Hae-soo (Gong Hyo-jin) and Jang Jae-yeol (Zo In-sung) takes place in episode 5 of It’s OK, It’s Love / It’s Ok, This is Love (괜찮아, 사랑이야) (SBS, 2014).

This place serves as a hide-out in Chuno/The Slave Hunters (추노) (KBS2, 2010). In episode 7, Song Tae-ha (Oh Ji-ho) brings the sick Kim Hye-won/Un-nyun (Lee Da-hae) here, for instance.

It also serves as a hide-out in in Queen Seondeok / The Great Queen Seondeok (선덕여왕) (MBC, 2009), in which Kim Yu-sin (Uhm Tae-woong) hides blessed Mi-Sil (Ko Hyun-jung) here in episode 24.

Bidulginang Waterfalls or Bidulginang Pokpo Falls [비둘기낭폭포] is a water fall that sits close to the Hantan River Gorge (한탄강 협곡). Bidulginang Waterfalls is one of the 26 attractions of the UNESCO Global Geopark [유네스코 글로벌 지오 파크] –formerly known as Hantan River Geopark [한탄강지질공원]— that counts since July 2020 among the 161 UNESCO Geoparks worldwide that are deemed geologically significant areas.

This waterfall is located in the village Daehoesan-ri [대회산리] in Pocheon’s Yeongbuk Township [Yeongbuk-myeon/영북면], Gyeonggi Province. The Hantangang Sky Bridge [한탄강하늘다리] is situated in the same area, only a few steps away from here.
