After finding out that Park Mo-gun (Jang Ki-yong) had gone fishing in Gangneung, Bae Ta-mi makes the 2 hour drive to this harbor in episode 6 of Search: WWW/Type in Search Word: WWW (검색어를 입력하세요: WWW). She waits till he arrives back to land, not knowing that he’d already planned to head back to Seoul after seeing her missed call while at sea. After an exchange of words, they sit at the harbor to watch the sunset.

This harbor is actually not in Gangneung, as Search:WWW makes it seem to be; rather, Ayajin Harbor [아야진항구] is located in the village of Ayajin [Ayajin-ri/아야진리] in Goseong’s Toseon Township [Toseong-myeon/토성면], around 2.5 hours east of Seoul (if by car). The two lighthouses seen in the scene are known as ‘아리진 하얀 등대’ (Ayajin White Lighthouse) and ‘아야진 빨간등대’ (Ayajin Red Lighthouse) respectively.

By Bus
▶ Take a bus from Dong Seoul Bus Terminal [동서울종합터미널] (also known as East Seoul Bus Terminal) to Ganseong Intercity Bus Terminal [간성시외버스터미널], which will take 3 hours.
▶ From there, you can choose to take a taxi, or take a bus [1(대포)(신안리)] for about 50 minutes (25 stops) from 신안리 정류장 to 아야진동현약국앞 정류장.
▶ The harbor will be another 8-minute walk from the bus stop.
