CEO Kim Soon-gul (김순걸) likes to highlight that his restaurant is not only a Japanese restaurnat but an authentic Japanese cuisine restaurant which translates not only in their cooking but also in the restaurant’s apprearance. Asosan’s signature dish is sashimi, which probably explains why it is usually served in K-Dramaland. Previously, Asosan had two other outlets; the reason why mentions of restaurant usually carry the ‘main branch’ moniker addition.
